Neha founded her business at 25 and had three acquisition offers on the table by the time she was 30. Obsessed with entrepreneurship and ecommerce, she turned passion into profit, converting dead stock fragrance inventory into a multimillion-dollar success.

I began my career as an international business journalist, living and traveling across the globe to interview CEOs and report on the world's bedrock industries.

My inherent love for business and adventure led me to traverse an unconventional path through journalism, corporate consulting, and finally to where I'd always dreamed of landing: at the helm of my own company. I took a beauty product I'd grown up around, and married it with my own creativity, passion, and determination to fill a market gap—resulting in a profitable, scalable, multimillion dollar ecommerce business that I sold to private equity in a seven figure sale.

I have lived and worked in eight countries and now spend my time advising startups and mentoring founders around the world.

“Selling my business was my ticket to freedom. It shattered my seemingly solid paradigm of constantly needing to achieve, and replaced it with a boundless horizon of choices that no woman in my family has ever had. From this place, I live in alignment with my soul, rather than contorting myself into what society expects of me.

Thanks to The Whisper Group, I now have the privilege of supporting other women as they step into their own new paradigms of infinite possibilities...We need more financially free women—the world depends on it.”
